Rethink hires, trains, rewards and celebrates employees who demonstrate curiosity at work. We come to work to find the Yes, rather than accept the No. This requires resilience, domain expertise and a curious mind to continuously innovate and solve problems.
We have fully embraced hybrid working and everyone in the business is working remotely either full time, on occasion or somewhere in the middle!
Meet our Head of Talent Acquisition, Stephanie Newth, and her inspiring career journey within the company. From looking after the internal talent acquisition in Sydney in 2020, to a promotion within one year in our Dentsu account, Steph is a true inspiration. Ready for a new challenge, she is now leading the TA function within the Group and is on the lookout for great talent to join our business.
“Having relocated back from sunny Sydney, I joined the business mid-February 2020. I had joined initially to carry out the Senior TA Partner role. I had just started to get my head around the organisation and meeting my new colleagues when Covid hit, and we put our internal hiring on pause while we waited to see the impact of the virus.”
“Just under another year passed and I was ready for a new challenge. Timing was fortuitous and I was made aware of a new opportunity in the business, for a Head of Talent Acquisition role, sitting under our wonderful new People & Talent Director. I was successful in securing the role and found myself back where I had started, in the internal TA team, but armed with two years of invaluable client experience and a much better knowledge of the RPO recruitment model.”
“When it was looking likely that internal hiring would have to pause for a while longer, the company took care of me and I secured an opportunity within our Dentsu account as Recruitment Business Partner. Dentsu was a new client for us and a first generation RPO solution, launching in record time and fully remotely due to the pandemic. Our team grew from 4 to 30 and I was promoted within a year to Recruitment Operations Manager. “
